What is Body Wrap?

The body Wrap is an advanced development that works in shrinking the adipose tissue of fat called cellulite that is found directly below the surface of the skin. Cellulite is those lump/bumps, and bulges that form on the hip, upper arm and stomach. Becaus3e it is not regular fat, regular diet and exercise won’t help. How Many Wraps Will I Need?

We will not wrap women during pregnancy. Clients who have had recent surgery and have unhealed incisions, or clients with large skin abrasions or rashes will not be wrapped for obvious reasons. Many of our clients have heart trouble, diabetics, kidney or liver problem, varicose veins, asthma etc. We have not found any condition that the body wrap may hurt or aggravate. In fact, body wrap will reduce puffiness and discomfort associated menstruation.

What Will Body Wrap Do To My Skin?

  • 1. It is better if you can fast today. In IFTAAR, follow the diet you take in Lunch suggested by the Doctor in your Diet plan.
  • 2. If you cannot fast, take more Salad,Soups,Fruits, Fruit juices, Lemon juice with honey,ginger.,Raw tea or, Green tea with Ginger,Cinnamon,Elaichi,Mint/long .
  • 3. Sweat a lot on treadmill, cycle, Take Steam.
  • 4. Drink lots of water. Luke warm water is best.

  • 2. Take steam before shower, Take a warm bath with soap and scrub the body all over by a scrubber or Dhundol Chhoba.
